l1444 Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the l1444 platform and its users. l1444 is a platform providing online betting, casino games, slots, live casino and sports betting services in the Bangladesh market.

These terms apply to l1444's website, mobile application and any related services. By opening an account on this platform or beginning to use it, you commit to accepting all of these terms.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Providing accurate information at the time of deposit is mandatory.

The following rules apply when betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football (including FIFA), kabaddi and other sporting events:

• Bets confirmed before an event begins will be considered valid.
• For live betting, the odds offered at the moment of placement are valid; if odds change after a bet is placed, the original odds apply.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the wager amount will be refunded.
• Bets placed on events involving match fixing or spot fixing will be considered void.
• l1444 reserves the right to suspend any bet where a suspicious betting pattern is detected.

l1444 has three VIP levels, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

It is possible to advance to a higher VIP level through regular and active play. VIP level determination is entirely at l1444's discretion and l1444's decision on this matter will be considered final.

Cashback is paid on a specific day each week and wagering conditions may also apply to it.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on l1444:

• Using the platform for money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Creating multiple accounts or registering while concealing one's identity.
• Playing games using bots, automated software or artificial assistance.
• Exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Harassing, threatening or deceiving other users.
• Creating an account or claiming a bonus using false information.
• Impersonating l1444 staff.

l1444 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any part of these terms is violated.
• If there is suspicion of fraud or deception.
• If there is suspicion of violating anti-money laundering laws.

• If the user themselves requests self-exclusion.

In the event of account closure, l1444 will decide on the return of the regular balance (excluding bonuses) after an investigation.
